News Flashes Regional Championships July 16-18 The 13/overs from our team will compete at Wesleyan University, either the morning session (7:30am warm-up) or the afternoon session (1pm warm-up).
The 12/unders from our team will swim at either Cheshire YMCA or at UConn.
After all the entries are recieved Connecticut Swimming will decide where each team will swim (no later then 7/10/10).
Last year the 13/overs were in the afternoon session and the 12/unders competed at Cheshire YMCA.
Please let me know if you swimmer can compete in Regional Championships by this Friday July 2, 2010.

Summer Practice Schedule
Morning summer practice will begin on Monday June 28th: Seniors: 7:00 - 9:30 AM Seals 7:00 - 8:30 AM Otters 8:30 - 9:30 AM
On the following days NF Park and Rec needs the pool at 9:00
Tuesday June 29 Wednesday July 7 Wednesday July 14
Seals will practice from 7:00 - 8:00 AM Otters will practice from 8:00 - 9:00 AM

Long Course Swimming Once again this season we will be offering our Long Course program for those swimmers who are interested. The Long Course practices are geared towards the more serious competitive swimmers who want to maintain their conditioning and improve their skills.
Practice Schedule - 4/26-6/25 Seniors: Mon-Thurs: 3:00-5:30 Fri: 3:00-4:30 Sat: 8:00-10:30
Seals: Mon, Wed, Fri: 5:30-7:00 Tues, Thurs: 6:00-7:30
Otters: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fr: 6:30-7:30
Starfish: Tues & Thurs: 5:00-6:00
Jellyfish (from April 26 - May 28) Tues, Thurs, Fri Red team : 5:00-5:30 Blue team: 5:30-6:00 Green team: 6:00-6:30

If anybody was unable to attend the swimsuit fitting & apparel sale this past week, you can visit Gulbenkian by Wednesday, September 30 to have your order included with the team order.
If you needs swimsuits, caps, etc. during the season Gulbenkian will be able to supply them for you.
